Note: in f-release the functionality doesn't allow you to make 2 payments on
the same day. you get the following error message: Installment number 2 has
invalid payment date. Installment payment dates should be in ascending order
But I think it makes sense to allow two payments to happen on same date so I'll
lessen the restriction on 'payment dates' when 'creating backdated loan' so
that same dates are allow e.g. Installment payment dates should be same as
previous date or if not in ascending order
