Unable to Redo Loan account

It is impossible to Redo Loan account because page with stack trace appears.
REPRO:
1. Login to Mifos.
2. Go to 'Admin' tab and open 'Redo Loan disbursal' page.
3. Select any Client or Group.
4. Select any Loan product.
5. On 'Enter Loan information' page, click on 'Continue' button.
7. On 'Review installments' page, click on 'Preview' button.
Expected result:
'Preview Loan account information' page appears.
Actual result:
Page with stack trace appears and it is impossible to continue.
