Unable to edit Fees

It is impossible to edit fees bacause page with stack trace appears.
Repro:
1. Login to Mifosw.
2. Go to 'Admin' tab.
3. Click on 'View fees' link.
4. Click on any fee name.
5. Click on 'Edit fee information' link.
Expected result:
Fee edit page appears.
Actual result:
Page with stack trace appears.
