Lukasz, I putting this down as invalid. This is 'by design' and is similar to
the 'cashflow' bug you raised also (couldnt find mifos code).
Basically, if the user decides to go back to 'edit account information state'
and then transition through loan creation steps again, we have to 'regenerate
the loan schedule' as details 'may of changed' and we don't have an easy abilty
to track what has changed etc.
basically 'loan schedules' are deeply coupled to 'loan account information' and
so are generated when one transitions (by pressing continue) from loan account
information into 'review loan installments' state.
if the user decided to edit account information and didn't change anything,
they could of just went 'back' to were they were via the back button.
