If Loan Purpose is not not selected for every Client then it is disappearing
after clicking Continue button.
Repro:
1. Enable GLIM in database.
2. Login to Mifos.
3. Go to 'Clients & Accounts' tab and click on 'Create new Loan account' link.
4. Select any group with at least 2 active clients and select any loan product.
5. On 'Enter Loan information' page, select to clients and choose loan purpose
only for one of them.
6. Click 'Continue' button and then 'Preview' button.
Expected result:
On 'Preview' page, selected Loan Purpose is displayed.
Actual result:
On 'Preview' page, selected Loan Purpose is not displayed.
