It is possible to set Total Loan amount which can be different than sum of
individual amounts during Redo Loan and new Loan creation with GLIM enabled.
Repro:
1. Enable GLIM in database.
2. Login to Mifos.
3. Click on 'Create new Loan account' link.
4. Select any group and loan product.
5. On 'Enter Loan account information' page, fill all necessary fields, select
two Individual Clients and enter Loan amounts for them.
7. Change 'Total amount' to different amount than sum of individual amounts.
8. Click on Continue button.
Expected result:
'Total amount' field is disabled (like in 2.1.x)and it is not possible to set
different amount than sum of individual amounts.
Actual result:
'Total amount' field is not disabled, so it is possible to set different amount
than sum of individual amounts and continue.
