Repro (LSIM is on):
1. Create Loan product with 2 weeks frequency and attach to it administrative
fee of 2 weeks frequency.
2. Go to Clients & Accounts tab and click on 'Create new Loan account' link.
3. Select client with 3 weeks meeting frequency.
4. Select previously created loan product with 2 weeks frequency and with
administrative fee of 2 weeks frequency.
5. On 'Enter Loan account information' page, see that administrative fee of 2
weeks frequency is visible and it is possible to continue.
