Loan Officer Detailed report is displaying Loan Officer who was created after
selected period of time.
REPRO:
1. Create new Loan Officer in Mifos.
2. Move newly created Loan Officer to another branch.
3. Run ETL job.
4. Open Loan Officer Detailed report.
5. Select Office where Loan Officer was first assigned (before moving to
another branch).
6. Select 'All' Loan Officers.
7. Set Start and End Dates before the Loan Officer creation date.
8. Run report.
Expected result:
Loan Officer is not displayed in the report.
Actual result:
Loan Officer is displayed in the report with zero numbers.
