After updating mandatory amount for a savings account, it is not reflected in
the UI and saving_schedule table.
REPRO:
1. Login to Mifos.
2. Go to Admin tab and click on 'View Savings products' link.
3. Select any savings product with mandatory amount.
4. Change mandatory amount.
5. Go to 'Clients&Accounts' tab and select any client who has savings account
created from previously changed savings product.
6. On client details page click on savings account name.
7. Check mandatory amount.
Expected result:
Mandatory amount should be updated.
Actual result:
Mandatory amount is not updated. Moreover, amount is also not updated in
saving_schedule table.
