Add additional information to data returned by getSavingsByNumber REST method

The DTO (SavingsAccountDetailDto) returned by getSavingsByNumber in
SavingsAccountRESTController should have additional data fields added:
- accountStateName - the name of account's current status
- accountBalance - the current balance of the account
- dueDate - the date account becomes/became due on
- totalAmountDue - the total amount account is/will be due
- performanceHistory - an additional DTO with the account's performance
history (fields as on the Mifos savings account details page)
