Add ability to make interest rate invisible to the loan officers/system users

May seem like a weird request, but this is something ENDA wants. for one,
their interest rates are not flexible so there is nothing to see. Also, ENDA
does not pass on to it's clients that its interest, rather, these are standard
"Costs" for loans. I think this may have something to do in regards to Islamic
law and charging interest
