Description:
The possibility to waive loan interest is determined by the account's loan
product. It should be possible to RESTfully determine whether the interest can
be waived for a given loan.
A new REST API method should be added. The method should accept loan account's
global number and return a JSON object with two fields:
- one which would tell whether the user is allowed to choose whether the
interest should be waived
- one which would provide the default value - i.e. whether the interest
should be waived or not by default
Both fields should preferably be of boolean type.
