It has been several months since we update the XML scorecards for our PPI
question groups. A number of countries have since been updated. We need to
get the Excel/CSV files from Grameen Foundation and use the script to convert
to XML.
These surveys should all go in as new versions of scorecards and not require
any migration of past data.
