If you remove percentage fee before disburse GLIM loan then it is still
displayed on Individual Schedule after disbursal.
Repro:
1. Create new GLIM Loan account with percentage fees attached.
2. When Loan is still in 'Pending Approval' state, remove percentage fee.
3. Disburse Loan.
4. Check Individual Schedule.
Expected result:
Perecentage fee is not displayed.
Actual result:
Percentage fee is still displayed.
