Description
The batch jobs should be able to calculate the penalty and apply to the same to
the repayment schedule at midnight on a daily basis.
Comments/Mockups
1. Batch job should be run everyday midnight. For example, if a loan amount is
due on 01/12/2012 and remains unpaid on 01/12/2012, at midnight on 01/12/2012,
a batch job should be run to calculate the late fee
2. The late fee should be added in the penalty column.
