Good work!
Here is what I think.
Can't we just change the DateTag to apply same behavior everywhere without any
changes to JSP files?
We are using three input fields DD-MM-YYYY, so we don't need to add DOB field
in action classes, you can just modify the DateTag to have hidden date input
field with a icon trigger and populate the alternate DD-MM-YYYY (3) fields.
