Display GL Code and GL Name by default in dropdowns

Currently, GL Codes are displayed in the same way as before - only code. In
Mifos 2.3.0, a new functionality has been added, which allows to display also
GL names. So, it would be good to set by default that GL Code should be
displayed along with GL name (set AccountingRules.GlNamesMode=1 or 2).
