Unable to view charges details for Center with periodic fees.
Repro:
# Go to Admin and choose Define new fees
# Create a weekly frequency fee and confirm
# Go to Client&Accounts
# Search for any Center and choose one from the list
# Click on "View details" link in Center Charges table
# Choose "Apply Charges" link from Apply transactions list
# Select created weekly frequency fee from drop-down list and confirm
# PAGE HAS EXPIRED
# If you will try to "View Detalis" of Center Charges of center you attached a
fee, you will get Stack Trace
Actual result:
# PAGE HAS EXPIRED.
# Stack trace appears. See attached file.
Expected result:
Page with the details of center charges appears.
