Chetan, I think this is very doable in mifos today. It seems like something
that is useful and should be done.
one way of doing this would be to just simply force user to input 'max approval
amount' when creating/editing roles that have the 'can approve permission'
enabled.
then its a case of handling checking it in 'service' responsible for approval
and also on the ui.
Wont offer time estimate on it. Others closer to codebase or take up this issue
are more suited to that. If it takes one week or four it should still be done.
