There is no validation for date filed on 'Apply payment' page.
Repro:
1. Login to Mifos.
2. Search for any disbursed Loan Account.
3. Click 'Apply Payment' link.
4. Remove date and click 'Review transaction' button.
Expected result:
Validation message appears.
Actual result:
Page with stack trace appears. See attached file.
