DATE fileds in Question Groups accepts strings and doesn't display date picker.
Repro:
1. Create a guestion group with date question and attach it to every flow.
2. Start creating customer/office/user.
3. When Question Group page appears, check date fields.
Expected result:
Date fields accept only dates and date picker is properly displayed.
Actual result:
Date fields accept any strings and doesn't display date picker.
