Second Last Name field is not displayed on Family Details page

If you turn on extended family details
(ClientInformation.AreFamilyDetailsRequired=true) then you will see that on
Family Details page, Second Last Name field is not displayed.
Repro:
1. Turn on family details in config file.
2. Login to Mifos.
3. Start creating client.
4. Check Family Details page.
Expected result:
Second Last Name field is properly displayed on Family Details page (if it is
not marked as hidden).
Actual result:
Second Last Name field is not displayed on Family Details page.
