Training date can be earlier than date of birth.
Repro:
# click on "Clients & Accounts" button
# click on "Create new client" link
# fill whole required fields and remember birth date
# click "Continue" button and check Trained field
# fill Trained date with date which is earlier than birth date
Actual result:
Training date can be earlier than date of birth.
Expected result:
Unable to choose training date which is earlier than birth date.
