Description:
Similar to MIFOS-5296, the current Page Not Found content offers no easy way to
get back to the refer page, other than use the browser's navigation. Screenshot
attached.
Clearly, users shouldn't be seeing a 404 much - but on the occasions where this
page is shown, it would be great to improve the content with a back link/button
(and perhaps consider adding the normal Mifos template elements, like the left
bar navigation panel, too... see Access Denied page for an example).
