Unable to create new system user when in office name are used # and % signs.
When creating new system user for an office that has # or % sign in it's name
stack trace appears.
Repro:
# click on "Create new office" link and create new office with # or % sign in
it's name
# click on "Define new system user" link
# choose office with # or % sign in it's name
Actual result
Stack trace appears. See attached file
Expected result
Possibility to define system user for an office with such a kind of signs in
it's name.
