Currently, if you disable "Can define hidden/mandatory fields" permission, then
it is not possible to view any Client details page.
Repro:
1. Login to Mifos.
2. Go to Admin and disable "Can define hidden/mandatory fields" permission.
3. Go to 'Clients&Accounts' tab.
4. Search for any Client and select one to display Client details page.
Expected result:
Client details page is properly displayed.
Actual result:
Access denied page is displayed instead of Client details page.
