With Vinolia I, it's now possible directly run Pentaho reports in Mifos without
having to install Pentaho.
We need to update BI documentation on mifos.org and mifosforge and the user
manual to reflect this.
1) Update standard reports section to show which reports directly run in Mifos
(and which are still in BIRT)
2) Update BI master list to show which reports will run in Mifos.
3) Update documentation with plans to fully phase out BIRT standard reports.
