Per our discussions on Mifos 2.0/Mifos X roadmap planning we identified the
need for daily posting of interest to savings accounts as a worthwhile
improvement to make on current codebase.
Currently frequency of posting can only be defined by number of months, we
should add in support to have frequency of interest posting be defined in
number of days.
