Stack trace appears when trying to create new fund which name is the same as
another existing fund.
Repro:
# Go to 'Admin' page
# Click on 'View funds' link and remember name of one existing fund
# Go back to 'Admin' page and click on 'Define new fund' link
# Type name of remembered fund and click on 'Preview' button
# Click on 'Submit' button
Actual result:
Stack trace appears. See attached file.
Expected result:
Validation text (example: "There is another fund named ...") appears
