Currently, it is not possible to apply any charge/fee to Savings accounts.
It would be good to add such functionality which allows to:
1. Manually apply one time charges.
2. Add automatic penalty for delay in the mandatory savings payments.
3. Add automatic application of charges depending on withdrawal amount.
