When you try updating any client's date of birth, a message is displayed that
this client is already in the system
Scenario:
1-Go a client's page
2-client on edit personal information
3-change date of birth
4-client on submit
Expected result: Successful editing
Result:
The specified {1} {0}, already exists in the system. Please specify a different
{1}.
