A description can be provided for these three configuration options for better
understanding:
Define
labels : A description on the top mentioning that "All the labels needs to be
defined before saving them" as otherwise the system doesn't allow you to go
further with submitting them.
Define
lookup option : A description on the top mentioning the use of 'Add' and 'Edit'
button will be useful for understanding at the time of configuration.
Define mandatory/hidden fields - A description on the top to specifying how you can
make any attribute optional, hidden or mandatory will be useful in better
understanding without ambiguity.

I removed 'Define Labels' from the description since it has been replaced by 'Customize text' functionality which has proper description at the top of the page.
