Description:

There is a need to synchronize data of new loans account created in ODC to mifos core application.
As per fina requirement, loan officer goes to field and enrolls new loans and does the disbursement to the customer and enters the information in ODC.
Upon reaching HO or branch, loan officers uploads the data to mifos production.
Currently the creation of new loans is not supported using rest api.
We may require a Rest api for creating a new loans account.
