Description:

Currently, if you select client who doesn't have active Savings account during apply transfer flow then no message is displayed.
Repro:
1. Go to any active savings account.
2. Click on Apply transfer link.
3. Search for any client who doesn't have an active savings account
4. Click on this client
Expected result:
On 'Transfer funds - Select savings account to credit' page, message is displayed that Client doesn't have any active Savings account and you need to select another one.
Actual result:
No message is displayed on 'Transfer funds - Select savings account to credit' page.
