Currently, it is not possible to add a new Single Smart Select question while creating a new Question Group.
Repro:
1. Go to Admin page.
2. Click on 'Add new Question Group' link.
3. On 'Add Question Group' page, select 'Add new question' dropdown.
4. Try to add Single Smart Select question.
Expected result:
New Single Smart Select question is listed in 'Answer type' dropdown and it is possible to add this kind of question.
Actual result:
Single Smart Select question is not listed in 'Answer type' dropdown.
Note:
It also not possible to add Single Smart Select question while editing QG.
