Description: Stack trace appears during loan product creation.

 Repro:
 1. In Admin tab, click on Define new Loan product.
2.  All  Fill all  mandatory fields  are filled ,  instead of  without  Min # of installments.
3. Click on Preview.

Actual Result:
Stack Trace appears. See attached file.

Expected Result:
Successfully created new Loan product.
