Consider a scenario, today is 3-Jan-2011 (Monday), I want to create a Center with "Recur every 2 week(s)" on Thursday, but should start from 13-Jan-2011(Thursday) but Mifos create center with meeting start day 6-Jan-2011(Thursday), And this limitation has to face during all the centers with recur freq greater than week
The only hack is to create Center after 6-Jan-2011,
But we can over come this by simply capturing Meeting start date instead of Day. And even Mifos internally captures this Day as starting date of meeting.
