Description: Currently, if you are importing file with a large number of transactions and also with overpayments then after a while, import stops and page expired error is displayed.

REPRO:
1.  Prepare  Use  file with a large number of transactions and overpayments  (attached) .
2. Go to Admin tab.
3. Click on 'Import transactions' link.
4. Select previously prepared file.
5. Click Submit.

Expected result:
File is successfully imported.

Actual result:
Page expired error appears and import is not successful. See attached file.
