Michal, I was thinking that we should just take the task of changing the loan officer out into its own specific ui function accessible through some button on loan for now like the rest of the ui functions
That way user has ability to change the loan officer at any stage of loan application (created/approved) or when loan is active.
We would just need to provide UI to choose the new loan officer and the date on which he was assigned to the loan.
