Description:

CEDA microfinance pass on the cost of bank fees to the loan. This is typically a fixed amount for each installment in the loan.

so 12 installments x 1500Ush = 18,000Ush

So in the system, need to be able to define a charges that is a 'fee' and is due for collection 'per installment' for a flat amount (1,500Ush)

If the loan was re-structured in the future, the bank fees would correspond to the number of installments in re-structured loan
