Responding to the original comment, I do think client exit and the corresponding survey will be one of the most important areas to add in pseudo-question groups/data tables type functionality.
Having robust client exit surveys and customer satisfaction processes will be a good way to strongly differentiate Mifos X from other softwares. A good future task once we have support for closing a client.
