For update of any loan charge we are changing the amount of loan charge. but in this case we have all installments loan charge(means if the installment charge is 50 then we are updating amount to 10*50) . that's the reason i gave this limitation.
and for linking with savings account again this is a single loan charge with all the installment fee updated.
