A new feature to maintain a staff history .Ex : Center loan officer history.
Assume a center called "TestCenter1" was created on June 1st 2014 with a Loan officer "X" . The person "X" will be the loan officer till November 1st 2014 . From November 1st 2014 "Y" will be assigned as a loan officer to
"TestCenter1" till December 5th. From December 5th "Z" will be the new loan officer.
Suppose if a user wants to know who was the loan officer during the period of Aug 2014, it is not supported by the system as of now . We can get the information only about the current loan officer.
This is feature is building in order to keep track of loan officer history and other staff related information .
