Create a new section under the System chapter of the user manual (https://mifosforge.jira.com/wiki/display/docs/System) for Account Number Preferences:

Explain what they are

Document and describe which type of accounts they apply to and what prefixes are available (perhaps a table that shows the values and gives examples)

Also note that for Client Type you must have code values defined.

Also note that you can only configure one prefix for each account type.
