Subramanya, I've a question regarding this issue and I hope you can guide me. Is there a way right now to reactivate a client with a status of withdrawn or rejected? If there is, is there a setting that enables this functionality? Or is this the enhancement requested by this ticket, that is the ability to reactivate a withdrawn or rejected client? Initially I thought that the ticket mainly dealt with ensuring that the client went to a status of Pending after reactivation, but I see no UI that can be used to reactive a client with these two statuses, similar to the one used for a Closed client. Please see attached screen shot.
