Hi, I tried out this improvement, can you review it whether it's appropriate.?

-put 'include in customer loan counter' and 'Terms vary based on loan cycle' on a single line

a), b) For that to be changed, I think it requires a change in the data being returned by loanProductResource service? (to return <,>,= in valueConditionTypeOptions)
c) aligned
d) it would require a new directive, to display commas whenever the user tabs out, is that ok?
e) justified
