For any other user, a blank white screen comes up. I would suggest that we point roles other than Admin to a simple dashboard. Ideally the simple dashboard would be tied to role. For example, Accountant would get Journal Voucher Entries, Daily reports. Loan Officer would get loans to be reviewed, perhaps some stats. New Accounts would get accounts to be reviewed and perhaps some stats. If this becomes too complex - simply pointing to the existing Admin Opening screen would be helpful.
