Previously it was not possible to apply a charge to a savings account that would cause it to go into overdraft. However for (understandable) reasons in a recent release it was made possible to do this anyway, and to allow certain charges override the default behaviour, and let the loan go into overdraft anyway. When this improvement was made, it unfortunately disregarded the existing feature that was useful for many of our clients, who therefore are now reporting issues that they have savings accounts in overdraft, while the overdraft limit is not set.
