Thanks for your help. In response to your questions:
1. When we put the original configuration file in place, Mifos starts
successfully.
2. I removed the pending approvals before running the database - we started
from a fresh database (at least I think that's what we did - stopped tomcat,
dropped the database, then installed mifos again).
3. I've copied the log below. Is this what you're looking for? If I
understand it correctly, it looks like I need to change the pending approval
part like you mentioned. If I change the approvals back to default, should
it work?
