I need to correct part of what I said below. You can move a group from
Center to Center, however you are not allowed to move a Group to a
Center with a different meeting frequency - e.g. Move a Group with
weekly meetings to a Center with monthly meetings. If you are setting
up a different frequency, I believe you'd have to recreate a new set of
Groups for the newly defined Center.

Since Groups, Clients, and accounts depend on the Center's Meeting
frequency, it is problematic to allow changes to the overall frequency -
e.g. Monthly to Weekly. If you have a Center that has the wrong
frequency I would recommend creating a new Center and then moving the
appropriate groups to the new Center. You can easily move a group to a
new Center using the link "Edit Center membership" on the Group details
page. Once the incorrect Center has no more associated Groups, you can
make the original Center inactive.
